TOWN OF BISCOE

BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MEETING

OCTOBER 11, 2004

The regular meeting of the Town of Biscoe Board of Commissioners was held on October 11, 2004 at 7:30 pm in the Municipal Building.

Present were: Mayor Jimmy Blake, Mayor Pro-Tem Larry Preslar, Commissioners John Beard, Jerry Smith, Richard Kissell, Michael Criscoe, and Town Manager Joshua Ray.

Mayor Blake called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm.

Larry Preslar made the motion to accept the minutes from the September 13, 2004 meeting as written. Michael Criscoe seconded, and all voted in favor.

Nancy Ruppert from the Montgomery County Resource Team was unable to make the meeting and requested to be moved to the November Commissioners meeting.

Mrs. Grace Thomas, resident from Bruton St, thanked the Town Manager, Board of Commissioners, Mayor and the Police Department for their continuing efforts and information on correcting issues on Bruton Street.

A work session was scheduled for October 18, 2004 at 7:00 pm at the Municipal building.

There being no further business to bring before the board, Commissioner Richard Kissell made the motion to adjourn. John Beard seconded and all voted in favor. Meeting adjourned at 7:44 pm.

* At 7:45 pm Carol Walters and Donna Windish requested to speak to the Board regarding the Montgomery County Library. Being all the Board members were present, they agreed. Ms. Walters and Ms. Windish gave an update on the library and the new website.
