TOWN OF BISCOE

Board of Commissioners Meeting

9 August 2004

The regular meeting of the Town of Biscoe Board of Commissioners was held on August 9, 2004 at 7:30 pm in the Municipal Building.

Mayor Blake called the meeting to order at 7:30pm.

Present were: Mayor Jimmy Blake, Mayor pro-Tem Larry Preslar, Commissioners Jerry Smith, John Beard, Mike Criscoe, Richard Kissell, and Town Manager Joshua Ray.

Richard Kissell made the motion to accept the minutes from July 12, 2004 as written. Mike Criscoe seconded, and all voted in favor.

Jerry Smith made the motion to refund 2002 and 2003 property tax to VFS Leasing in the amount of $1206.80.Mike Criscoe seconded, and all voted in favor.

There being no further business to bring before the Board, John Beard made the motion to adjourn. Larry Preslar seconded and all voted in favor. Meeting adjourned at 8:00 pm.
