TOWN OF BISCOE

BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MEETING

MARCH 14, 2005

The regular meeting of the Town of Biscoe Board of Commissioners was held on March 14, 2005 at 7:30 pm in the Municipal Building.

Present were: Mayor Jimmy Blake, Commissioners John Beard, Richard Kissell, Jerry Smith, Michael Criscoe, and Town Manager Joshua Ray.

Mayor Pro-Tem Larry Preslar was in the hospital.

Mayor Jimmy Blake called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm.

Richard Kissell made the motion to accept the minutes from the February regular meeting as written. John Beard seconded, and all voted in favor.

Nancy Ruppert gave the Resource Team report.

The Landscape Proposal will be on the agenda for the April regular meeting.

The Department of Transportation Public Hearing was held on March 21, 2005 in the Municipal Building, between the hours of 5 pm and 8pm.

There being no further business to bring before the Board, Commissioner John Beard made the motion to adjourn. Michael Crisco seconded, and all voted in favor. Meeting adjourned at 8:00 pm.
