TOWN OF BISCOE

BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MEETING

MARCH 10, 2008

The regular meeting of the Town of Biscoe Board of Commissioners was held on March 10, 2008 at 7:30pm in the Municipal Building.

Present were: Mayor Jimmy Blake, Mayor Pro-Tem Michael Criscoe, Commissioners John Beard, Gene Anderson, Jerry Smith, Jimmy Cagle, and Town Manager Brooks Lockhart.

Mayor Blake called the meeting to order at 7:30pm.

Michael Criscoe made the motion to accept the minutes from the February 11, 2008 regular meeting as written. Jerry Smith made the second and all voted in favor.

Jerry Smith made the motion to divide the Clayton James Family Land. Jimmy Cagle made the second and all voted in favor.

John Beard made the motion to go into Closed Session to discuss a personnel matter at 7:45pm. Jerry Smith made the second and all voted in favor. The Board went into Closed Session at 7:45pm.

Gene Anderson made the motion to exit Closed Session and return to Open Meeting at 8:25pm. Jerry Smith made the second and all voted in favor. The Board returned to open meeting at 8:25pm with no decisions made.

There being no further business to bring before the Board, Gene Anderson made the motion to adjourn. Jimmy Cagle made the second and all voted in favor. Meeting adjourned at 8:30pm.
